RokCandy or similar for non-prgrammers?

Hello all,
I've been playing with RokCandy and it suddenly occurs to me that this might be made into a dream product.
What I think would be great is a in-editor menu item like RokCandy where all the topography is laid out for easy use. Normally I'm usually so pressed for time that I can't make use of much of it (I'm a non-programmer and would have to look things up each time, and then search for typos!).
RoKCandy seems to try something similar, but still aimed at programmers. What I love to see is a column with A English-language description (e.g. "Header, size 4) and then when you click on it the html is inserted. Better yet would be actual examples in that first column ("Red Text" is actually red, "Alert" is actually the shaded alert box, etc).
Is there anything like this--some other plug-in--or can RokBox be modified to behave something like this?
It would be cool...

- Seems to me that RokPad is slowly moving in that direction, but nearly as advanced as you propose.
