Affinity video issues on vertical sortable elements

I am only having one issue on the horizontal scrollable element in affinity. I have placed a video that is transparent and displays over the content in a module. The video works fine but the only issue is when I try to move the whole horizontal section up or down it directs me to the video in a new window instead of just moving the modules order. Any ideas why this would be happening. Here is the site url.

- Are you talking about the video with the woman in it? If so, I was able to move the module with her in it horizontally and vertically without any problems.
