- I am a member of Rockettheme Club since 2005. (I lost my junior status because I was late re-subscribing) Maybe I didn't find the information or maybe I still don´t know where to write my posts. I used to ask questions on your different sections and somebody (teacher, experts and other kind members always and I mean ALWAYS answered my doubts. That was the main reason I use to keep renewing my subscription. But maybe you changed something making things too complicated for me and I did not realize. The thing is that now I ask questions and nobody answer. Maybe is nobody obligation to answer me, maybe my questions are a silly (tough I still see questions in how to eliminate or edit the logo or so). Or maybe I miss something in the process of asking. I always look in the forum with the search option to find answers before I post something. Tough, I still see questions that you have in tutorials and the solved issues section. The thing is that I need answers to my questions. If nobody will do that in anyway at least someone can tell me now that I will not get a response so I will move on? I guess I will keep posting this post 'til I get a response. Thanks!
