cant see much point in joining the wordpress themes club if other members are giving them away for free, it must be in the small print some where.

Yeah, they are just a piece of crap who stole our products.
It's really hard to kill the thieves... They might be able to get it freely there, but be aware, usually the thieves put some virus or backdoor script to hack the sites that using those stolen templates.
The benefit of joining the club, you can use the templates in a peace mind and of course you can access our forum, discuss anything here while they can't.

I was just annoyed that some people think they can get away with doing things like this, of course there is more value than just a template when you join the rockettheme club.
