Hi,
the following website is a religious non-profit organization operating in Venezuela. They are asking me if they can a template for free in their website or they have to pay for it. I have read somewhere that for non-profit organizations they could use any rockettheme template for free. If yes, which documents do they need to send and to what address to be exempt of?

I love this site and the team, moreover the templates are the most gorgeous I have ever seen, I think I am being respectful of my work and the work of the team of this site- I would expect the same from Qprints.
