Hi all,
Probably a simple questions, but I'm new to Joomla and RT and I'm not finding this described anywhere.
Thinking ahead, I'm curious what impact an upgrade will have on the settings, modifications and customizations of the site I'm working on.
I don't know that it's relevant, but I'm using the Mynxx template.
If at some point I am doing upgrades on the template or on component, mods, etc.
What, if anything am I in jeopardy of losing?
Just as one example, I'm assuming that my logo in place of the Mynxx logo will be safe.
What if I make a change on the template to a word, such as changing "Cart" to "My Gallery"?
What if I alter the checkout button?
What do I need to be aware of with future upgrades?
Thanks for your feedback.... or pointing me to where this might already be explained.
