As a subscriber, I have to say that I'm very dissapointed at the level of support that we have received. I have posted questions in the Mynx forum, mailed pm's to moderators and have received nothing back at all apart from one reply on one topic. We have contacted rocketheme through the contact us link, but have heard nothing. There is no phone number - what can we do??
We have a serious issue where we cannot get the add to cart button to work. We know that this is due to the mynx template as other templates work fine. My client is understandably concerned and I can't provide him with any answers. What can anyone do to get a response???
We have searched the forums and can see that this problem isn't by any means uncommon, but we cannot find a solution to it. So could someone, anyone get back to us asap.
Yep, Arfin has posted a reply back, can't fix the problem and have now been told that the team is too busy to look at it as they are working on a new template?!!? I was told that they would look at it soon, but it has now been over a week. Sorry, but I've paid my money and I expect a degree of professionalism and service - both of which are severely lacking. And it begs the question - why can't they get this old one right first??
I haven't seen any live sites with all of the template used via rocketlauncher that is working properly - I have to seriously doubt whether or not the template works at all.
We have managed to change the site around and disable the drop down cart function, which isn't ideal. And so we can now get the site into https correctly. However, the add to cart doesn't work in Chrome - Great news for my client who is now chewing my ear off again.....
Customer Service is desperately lacking. I would have to say that I regret massively taking out the membership.
Does anyone at Rocketheme care?!?!?! This is STILL not fixed. No responses - the template does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RokVirtuemart Categories causes errors - cannot add to Cart in Chrome. This is rubbish......... noone can be bothered to reply. Don't take up your membership folks... beware.
Be patient, I know the boat you're in, I've been there. Everyone is always in a rush to get things done, especially when you come up problem you can go past until it gets solved.
Rocket Themes have been around a long time and their support is one of the best around, they should be with you shortly.
