Can't upload any Templates

Hey all.
Can someone tell me why I can't uploads any templates from this site but can from others??????? I have tried the Populus and Infuse templates and can't get either one of them to upload but was able to upload this one. Just used it as a test. http://www.joomla24.com/remository/Download/Templates_for_Joomla_1.5/General_Joomla_1.5_Templates/Webstyles_Flowers.html
I forgot to mention that when I try to upload them the page fresh after awhile and shows a blank screen.

I am guessing that you mean "download" from the RT site to your computer. I am also guessing that you do have a current active subscription to the RT Joomla Template Club.
If both my guesses are correct, then which page are you trying to download them from?
Have you checked that your subscription is current?
Have you contacted the RT team using the Contact Us facility at www.rockettheme.com/contact-us ?

OK, so all my guesses were wrong!
Sorry about that. I've never had this problem.
How are you trying to install them on your site? Using the Install facility in the backend of your site? Do you have ftp activated for that site in the Global Configuration? The RT templates are in a tgz file - that is the file that you are trying to upload?

- I am using the Install in the backend but all it does it just refreshes the page to a black screen. MY IT guys is looking into it now. I told him to just delete the joomla already install and reinstall the RT one. But do you have any idea why this is happening?

- No, I don't. I have not had that problem. So you are going to use the Rocket Launcher version now?

A few things to check when you get a white screen while uploading a template:
A) Your php version, make sure it's version 5, not 4.
The memory limit of your php.ini file.
This is not part of the template or Joomla itself, it's a file on your server.
With most hosts you'll have access to it through the CP.
Set the limit to at least 32MB, optimally 64MB should run any template.
Most hosts start you off with a default of 8MB, and some even lower, which will not all you enough memory to install larger templates.
If you don't have access to the php.ini through your CP, contact your host and ask them to change it for you. - Thanks,
