Menu parameters missing in dominion template (khepri admin)

Hi, I am running the dominion theme on Joomla 1.5. it worked fine for a while, then I lost my menu options in the template administrator. I have uninstalled and reinstalled roknavmenu (twice) and even reloaded the template. the rokmenunav plug ins are enabled. I even have gantry menu options on individual menu items, but in the template manager, it's gone. This image is hidden for guests.

I replaced the files for the khepri adminstration files as per this post:
