Need Developer Attention with Color Picker

I have spoke to several moderators on the Crystalline forum, and gave them all super admin rights to my script.
I have reinstalled the rocketpack twice on each of my Unix server and my localhost.
I have double checked all settings and made sure I was logged in properly.
I have went through every permission setting to make sure everything was writable.
I also installed a the Joomla script and then installed the Crystalline Template (Bundle) over it.
The color picker still didn't work.
It just sits there like an image on the bottom of the forum.

I understand that the color picker is not an integral part of the script, but I am afraid to start working on my project because I am assuming I will need to reinstall this when you guys get the color picker fixed.
My question is, do you know that this is a problem, and is it being worked on?
I thought this would just be an easy permissions setting or module setting, but after going through every possible scenario with several mods, as well as having them recheck my setting, I am seeing that this is something that works fine on your RocketTheme.com Demo, but not on my server or localhost (wamp)
I'm not sure how to get support with this script other than this forum.
I was hoping that posing in this forum would help me get a developer to look at it.
I will be happy to supply the super admin Username and password upon PM request.
Please help me get this up and running so I can get to work :^)
