Hello,
I have the same issue.
How can I disable input styling in the template manager ? I have hivemind template but cannot see input styling enabling.

Ther's no input styling in the Template Manager for this template.

Hi,
I have the same problem but with Versatility 4 theme.
Unfortunately Versatility 4 does not have the Input Styling option.

I had the same issue with Kenetic (April 2010)
After reading these post I was able to fix it. Yippee!
I disabled input styling in the template manager - all good now!!!!
