Poll / Survey That Only Displays Top 5 Results

Hi and thanks to anyone who can help in advance,
I'm looking for a poll/survey style module where the user can select an item (a flavor in this case), with 25 choices in a dropdown select box, and then have the top 5 results display after they've submitted their choice.
If anyone could point me in the right direction or would be interested in creating and selling one, that would be much appreciated!

Hi Kat,
I've tried quite a few of the poll extensions but wasn't able to find anything that offers settings for results as far as a " top 5" for example, or anything that offers a drop down selection vs. the standard radio buttons.
