My question is: can i use Jomsocial and phpbb3 in iridium template? or is there any other template except Affinity?

You can use both on any template, Affinity is the only template that is optimized for JomSocial.
Of course, you can use it with another template, but it may take some tweaking the css files to get it to look 'just right'. - Thanks,
