Very annoying thing happens in firefox

When I view my website in firefox, a view thing happens when I refresh at the bottom of the page... it seems like there is a error in my coding somewhere... could someone tell me what I can do to fix it... it doesn't happen in IE7....

- what I meant to say was that, if you scroll to the bottom of the homepage and hit refresh in firefox, the screen flickers... it's a very minor problem but still annoying nonetheless... Does anyone know how I can fix that?
