Novus Settings missing in wordpres

Hi,
I downloaded and installed the Novus theme for Wordpress.
However, when I click on the "Novus Settings" button in WordPresses control Panel, I get the folowing error:
File not found
Firefox can't find the file at cognitivesciencepartners.com/wp-admin/ad...?page=novus-settings .
# Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
# Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
The error in Safari states:

I looked at the installation guide and it doesn't mention anything about insalling anything into WP-admin folder.
Can anyone advise me how to get this functioning properly?

Please, can anybody help me with this issue.
Also, the titles of my Blog Posts are not linking, I really could do with some advice about this.
