Numerous PHP erors

Since I have switched to Rocket Theme templates and extensions I have been overwhelmed by php errors, mainly deprecated errors but there are lots of other types as well.
I am not posting the dozens of errors since the first question that needs to be answered is:
Is there something wrong with the php software that Rocket Theme uses? Why else would there be so many errors?
I have never had this level of errors with any other templates & extensions, and it seems to get worse with every new template released.
- 3 years as a Joomla user Currently running:
- Win 7 Ultimate, Signature Edition
- Wamp 2.0i
- Joomla 1.5.15 (with all current updates)
- Many Rocket Theme Extensions (with all current updates)
- Currently using Kinetic
Also when I make a change to an extension, say in Module Manager, I can Apply the changes but I cannot click on the Save button or more errors are generated.
I have noticed complaints from other users about the same problems in joomla.org forums.
Any thoughts? Anyone? - 30 Years computer experience !

With XAMMP I can install any RT template on my localhost without errors.
On HostGator, I can install and run any RT template without errors.
The templates are fully tested before they are released.
Could the problem be with your testing environment or your host? - Thanks,

Totally possible JEM, I am open to anything right now.
I just find it curious the problems never started until I installed the Joomla/Kinetic bundle.
Hmmm, should have mentioned that in my first post.. Sorry
I am testing my site on a Local install and have made no changes that were not specified by Rocket Theme tips, tutorials or forum posts.
Still since I followed installation instruction to the letter I am surprised there would be any errors.

Since the other users I have talked to are having very similar problems with their own particular install and many of the errors are "deprecated" errors I don't see what good a fresh install will do.
Deprecated is deprecated, fresh install or not.
Also I do not want to re-install and re-modify all of my site settings and extension modifications when the problem seems to be with Rocket Theme not Joomla.
Please be a little more open to the possibility that the problems are inherent with RT, and that re-installing every time there is problem does not solve any of the questions asked.

On a localhost it takes less than five minutes to create a new DB and and run a RL install.
Doing so does not interfere with anything you've already installed; it's just part of the trouble shooting process. (Also, if you can test a RL install with a fresh DB in a sub folder of your site, this can rule out problems with your site / server.)
While you may think it's a problem with the RT template itself, I can't recreate your issues, not to mention other users have installed the template without issues. - Thanks,

Hello JEM and everyone else who was following this thread
I decided to start from scratch with clean installs of WAMP, Joomla!, RT Kinetic Rocket Launcher, Extensions, settings, etc...
I am recording every step, setting change, etc. and checking for errors after each change.
Time consuming, Yes, but also eliminates many variables and provides a very accurate record of how & when errors occur.
However, I was in the hospital for surgery a few days ago, so my progress with my re-installation has been greatly slowed.
Please be patient as I try to solve my Joomla/RocketTheme issues.
I will get results, just at a greatly reduced speed.

Hi,
I have started using WAMP and noticed i was getting a lot of PHP errors, i updated the current release of php and they seem to have cleared.
There is a setting to update the PHP to a version suited to you, and RT run on php5 is im not mistaken.
Maybe worth a try to see if this is the cause.
