Addition:
I have created the database myself and then I navigated to the kompjuteriziraj.me/test folder
and my browser displays this message
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\5503276\html\test\libraries\joomla\base\object.php on line 14
I'm confused
I didnt know this was gonna be so hard.... 
I also tried uploading the files directly to the root folder but still i get the same error, cant open the Installation window....

i am sorry to say but we have seen issues with godaddy in the past.

- ...And please use a Linux based hosting as it is less hassle when working with Joomla. Often you can choose Windows or Linux when signing up.

Well I chose Windows because I didn't know what to choose, now it's too late, dont tell me that I need to buy new hosting ? because i cant afford that.
Kat, I have read that post and this one:

followed the steps perfectly but I still get that same error I cant even open the installation window.
Maybe i created the database all wrong, i have posted the screenshot in a previous post, can you guide me through that?

Nah, either you can change it with an option in "CPanel" or similar or you have to contact your hosting company. Should be an easy switch with no extra fees involved

GoDaddy offered to change my server to Linux in the next 1-3 days, I hope everything will go smoothly then.
