      I think Andy mentioned that the validator has a tough time handling php files when trying to validate CSS contained therein....

    • Nobody said it validates with CSS 2.1 ...
      W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional. W3C CSS 3 Valid

      CSS level 3 ...
