Very nice site, one issue though, hot property´s alphaindex is breaking the template on the right bottom side, at least in Firefox , check at

- I get errors with IE6. Just make sure you avoid all the not used JS. wrap them as comments ( <!.....>) if you are not using them. some one had a similar problem. Ill be more precise when i check it on FF

- the auto scroller at the top is overlapping in firefox. you need to reduce the characters.

Your logo is by far the largest file on your site:

You could optimize the file size of this image and then just work your way down the list for example taking out any javascript you are not using.
Also, I use this template. If you run the analize test above you will notice although you have chosen "light background" the medium and dark backgrounds are still loading. I commented out the unused backgrounds and primary colors in the my css file and gained more speed.
