Innovative header you got there
Clean, simple structure, always goes down in my books
A few suggestions
- Try and centralise the slideshow
- Try and make sure the Control panel content stays within the content, maybe some padding, margin changes
- Maybe another text for the flash, the mainbody text seems a bit blocky and doesnt conform to the smooth feel of the template
- The shop safe icons seemed randomly placed and the white background on the first makes it stand it in the wrong way, some re-alignment could make it look better

You might clean the footer a bit better. The top of the rocket sticks out.

Yes, I attached a screenie for you.
I watched this site on IE 7 and there you can see the little error, but in Mozilla and Safari, indeed it doesn't show.
You used an image over the logo in a layer? maybe that is why I can see it. best is to use a blank footer without logo.
Anyway, .. only I noticed it, so never mind. Your work is so gorgeous, no one notices that little thingie

You do not have to change the .png
open up the css of the style and remove the line:
div#the-footer { background: url(../images/style1/bottom-rocket.png) 50% 0 no-repeat; }
You can also open up the template's index.php and remove the link that goes with the image.
