Not bad..
A few pointers, if you wish to make money with AdSense..I would move the adds higher on the page as people are more apt to see it .
I would also style the "Read More" link with another color, so it stands out
Overall, pretty good man, Great Content

Fantastic Logo
I love the 3 column structure as well as the customised header module
I would only comment that having the Mainbody content at the bottom is a tad messy, publish it in one of the 3 columns and your structure will be perfect
