Hello,
Here is a short list for you
I don't like the font in the Showcase position, its hard to read.
The slider icons are distracting the text on the Residential article in Showcase.
You don't need the date taking up 'Real Estate' on a website like this.
Their are no links on the Showcase articles - if I see something I am interested in - I expect to be able to click on it for more specifics.
I would slow down the cycle time on the Showcase - its too fast, I don't get an opportunity to read it.
"Your Residence cleaned RIGHT everytime" module in the set of 3 under showcase. The underline is not a link, I don't normally underline anything - its confuses people as they think its a link.
You are not using any of the Bottom positions, these come in handy to list your services again ie bring some of those Drop Down menu content items out onto the main page.

- A well chosen template for your niche. My only suggestion for improvement would be to change the white background on the CU3ER slider. Other than that it looks good to me.

I like what you've done and the layout is very functional, and the photos on the front are very inviting. They definitely say CLEAN!!! Oh how I wish I could have my house cleaned like that!!
You might want to indicate what regional area your business covers on the front page, unless you figure that only people from your area will go to the site.
Good job!
Oh--and this sentence should probably be re-written for clarity...maybe break it into two sentences.
"Founded by three people who have extensive cleaning experience in Residential Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning, combined with the attention to detail that serving in the United States Military, Aleksi strives to be the utmost best in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and customer service and satisfaction."
Maybe something like,
"Aleksi was founded by three people who combine extensive cleaning experience in both residential and commercial cleaning with the attention to detail that comes from serving in the United States military. Aleksi strives to provide the utmost best in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and customer service and satisfaction."
I'd definitely hire you if you were in my area and I could afford it! - Kathy
