Just in time... my business partner and I were looking to get into NCAA recruiting services and WHAM, Versatility III was introduced.
This site uses community builder, the SM2 email plugin, and some other to create a community of athletes and NCAA / NAIA coaches. Wile still in the development state and looking for a plugin to allow differing user types / registration fields (a coach isnt going to use the fields PPG, High School, etc), the site is in a pre-release beta format at

How can I embed the highlight videos directly into the profile, though?? I wonder... Ah well, check it out and let me know what you think, any comments, ideas, etc...

Very nice site. Clean and well structured.
One thing I noticed, in IE7 the Coach testimonials has the text right on top of the coaches images making it very hard to read.
Now the odd thing is that it only seems to happen on the home page and on a fresh browser window. By that I mean I open up IE, go to www.rizzorecruiting.com and the text is layered. If I go to other pages it's fine and if I go to say Yahoo and back to www.rizzorecruiting.com it's fine. Once I close out of the browser and go back in it does exactly the same layering again.
