oki changed some things:
1. full width dropdown (on the last menu-item)
2. new slideshow in the top element (yoo widgetkit)
3. Roktabs element with custom styling in the
PERFEKT INTEGRIERT-part ... (with pos+neg arrows)

Very, very nice. This template is not that easy to customize, you really need to do a good deal of graphic design. Very well done.
The only not-so-good thing I find is the picture of the team at the end. It could look a bit more integrated with the background, right now looks too much on top of it. Apart from that, excellent job!

frankly I coded the css from top to bottom (still need clean the css up)
Hard to make a tutorial from that. But I could think of a gantry template for that.
But I'm afraid I don't have the time for that in the near future ... too busy with my own stuff.
