Looks very nice, good visual integration on the main site. I personally find it jarring though to have the forum replace the templated interface... have you thought about putting that into a new window pop (like the "Other" links at the bottom of mainmenu)?
The Yakuza link in the Other section is dead by the way

cheers thanks for the input I have changed and fixed the above
the reason I didnt use the joomla forum is because it has been phpbb from the start and people dont like change and the mods for it are the same or advanced or at least that is what I have found.
the template got ripped to bits as i just wanted the layout
