Hi
I've used Syndicate at propertyfrancais.com with Joomla 1.5 + EZRealty listing component. Done a couple of mods including XML feed script to take bulk properties from agents + a search module on the front page in 'Showcase' module position with Rokslideshow vamping away underneath, looks pretty cool I think. I also have to mention the great Joomla XTC map search thing and less than $10, awesome.
