Hi Next IT,
very nice site...
Since you have lots of images, you could have them optimized in order to decrease their size and make the site load faster.
By using this tool I was able to cut 20Kbytes+ from each of your background images...

I used Gavick for the scroller -- then just some css positioning with the layout (from a module subclass)
