A long time client's upgrade from Joomla 1.5.x to 2.5.4 with a move from TerranTribune, the hot number from the summer of 2008, to Gantry, RokGallery, RokSprocket and Ionosphere for 2012 look and function. TT from the early days had been a great choice and served ABR well until 1.5 began to show its age. We added Mission Control with JCE editor and a number of other tools developed by RT or recommend in the Magazine to make the administrator experience stronger. We are still cleaning up under the covers especially with the somewhat lacking upgrade path from 1.5 to 2.5, so many details overlooked like contact categories but within a few days that will all be history.
This was the next to the last migration from 1.5 of a client and I am looking forward to being able to focus on more creative task as soon as the last one is done and everything is cleaned-up. Thanks to the RocketTheme team for being the backbone of my service to clients for going on a decade starting with the Katrina Relief Site in 2005 and supporting clients like ABR ever since.
