Even Google doesn't seem to like it as it is dropping like a stone in the rankings. Any advice to correct this would be welcomed and may stop my client from killing me!

Needs a logo,, phone number should be away from the header and in the contact area...to much green,, you need a complimentary color added,,, text is un-inviting,, that white on med grey doesnt work and there is no seperation of ideas....
on the plus side.. this is clean and to the point which always nice when browsing,, like the adaptation of VM ,, though, ,I dont like the pop up when clicking on the product image,,, should be lightbox instead
over all,,, this site says " im a small time company,, trust me please"".... when it should be saying "We know what we are doing"

However I think I will tone it down a bit on the lime green (although the client liked it!) and make the text easier to read.
BTW what is 'url aliasing' and how do I switch it on in Virtue Mart ? This is because the address window url seems incredibly long and I understand that Google doesnt like this?
