    • Dabiel, I am planning on signing up ASAP, but I was wondering...

I'd like to get a feel for your code and play with the extensions before a I make a long-term commitment.

Could I sign up, then upgrade my membership later (within the next two weeks), once I've had a chance to really play with what you are offering?

      Thanks!

    • That's what the trial (silver) membership is for. :)

As most of the extensions are currently bots and modules, a silver membership gives you access to most of them anyway.

Not all the code is mine btw. Some has been contracted out, some is from old projects I have picked up and dusted off. Some are just tweaks/enhancements/bug fixes of other people's code.

If you have a specific extension or two you want to check out then send me a pm and I will see what I can do.

    • oh and as for a play. Just move around the site. It's powered a lot by my own extensions.

Sifr is there, now you see me, shapechanger, modulehider, ezeelogo, ezeedragger, ezeeimage, ninja access, ezeeaccordion (not finished for release yet), Jspaces is in the user profile, ninja contact.

That's 80% of them right there lol. :)

I am not going to ever give it more than a cursory smooth over for ie. Read the statement on the site for why.

HI Daniel, I couldn't resist and had to check it out with IE. ;D I was also thinking about doing something like this for my site!
The site looks very good. Keep it up!

    • LOL! I wasn't reading... too excited.

Well, I am going to go play. Thanks, Daniel.

BTW, the site looks GREAT! Which extension (of yours?) did you use for the sliding content box?

By Playing i mean looking at the code, testing them in test sites, etc... I do this stuff for fun.

I signed up. How long should I wait before the subscription extensions show for me in the downloads section?

    • I simply was not prepared to spend another 2 months driving myself insane trying to get it to not suck in ie.

So I threw in my shapechanger modules to hide the draggable clouds at the top and show the warning and made a few minor tweaks and that's it.

Sorry to any ie lovers but it's the bane of my existance.

    • They should show automatically. They aren't? I will check your subscription.

The sliding content box is the modulehider.

tip for the day - in the modulehider params you can enter the text for the open and close message.

that text can be anything including html.

For the front page, my text is <div class="openhider"></div> for open and <div class="closehider"></div> for the closed. (i forget the exact classes but you get the idea)

Then in the css I styled those divs to have a background image to blend into the background of the overall module hider module position.

text boxes aint just for text ;)

    • Ummm Daniel --- when you click on upgrade your internet explorer (when in internet explore) it lands with this message

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

      Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
      The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

is this your idea of better? LOL :P

The site is a billion times better than I remember when I first saw it - and I thought that was awesome too... Not only are you a code Sensei - you are a design Sensei.
