Honestly Mr. Jim, Its a bit too much...You took what was a good looking template and turned it into something unrecognizable.
Maybe you should look at incorporating the ads into the template itself instead of outside.
It also makes your site too wide..You users to stay on your site and not scroll to the side.
Reconsider to redo the banner as well.
Leave the guys out of it and focus on something attractive and have the pictures as a Team Photo or banner at the tope somewhere...

Not sure what you mean by too much or unrecognizable. The beauty of these templates is that they are a starting point. The ads are incorporated into the template. They are in user8 and user9. I added user9. I replaced the banner with a more simple one even though the guys will return later. They are the seniors. I narrowed the format so that it fits a 1024x768 screen. The ads are a busy part of the site because they generate revenue.
