Very nice. Love the image on the home page.
I also like the way you have done the form pages - what did you use for the tooltip effect?
And the calendar - is that an extension?
I have also used cerulean for a non profit - we should move to their url in the next week or so and I will put it up here. We loved the 3d effect.
Interesting to see how everyone sets up their sites to be so different but from the same template.
