RokBooster - Ive never used RokBooster before but it improved the performance of this site substantially. Page loads went from +10 secs to about 4 secs on my system.

Pretty much a stright-forward site build. Not a lot of css mods or custom coding to make this one work well. I like the Cerulean template quite well. The angled top and bottom edges give it a unique look. I also like the ability to "suspend" the sidebar module position above the top border fo the main body section. (Example: Search module on home page)
