Hi, we have just made
http://www.motelmover.co.nz
live using the Metropolis template. We've used Zoo extensively for the real estate listings and it is ideal for the owner who finds it far simpler to enter the info than the previous site using Joomla articles.
There is a reasonable amount of custom CSS to handle the headings and other styles. We also used Widgetkit for the region picker + a Zoo extension for the map display.
Any feedback appreciated.
