This is a good example of what a well designed template can do someone. Quickly setup and deploy a website that clearly delivers the intended message. Good Start!
Recommendations:
I would consider adding a little bit of graphic art or a few photos. Since this is a resume' site, a photo of the subject would be a nice touch. - "Everyone has to get knocked-down every once-in-a-while, otherwise you'll never learn how to get-back-up!
