    LSU Sports Site using Dimensions

Posted 17 years 2 months ago
    • Not completed 100% yet, but it is far-enough along where it can be seen. Dimensions is my new favorite RT template because the possibilities are endless.....

I have this set up for when the football season ends I will change the background to nearly the same image - but the football stadium is replaced with the basketball arena. Later, after basketball season is over, the background will switch to the baseball stadium.

Included is a customized Fireboard Forum. I installed a free template and modified it heavily will all custom graphics, css and menus.

      See it here: http://lsutigerclaw.com/

      Feedback is welcome and appreciated.

    • From a Vol fan . . . nice job! LSU is certainly one of the few teams deserving of their ranking. I'm looking forward to working with Dimensions myself. BTW - Do you have a link to the visitor counter module you are using?

    • I thought about doing a site like this for each SEC School and link them all together. Later I would invite a certain number of fans of each school to join the staff and contribute blogs and/or articles about their team for a portion of the take.

Gonna start with this one first!

    • Nice site, even if it is for LSU. I am a big Bama fan and y'all broke our hearts last week. I'll be cheering for you now to win the National Championship. Good luck. I'd love to see two different 1 loss SEC teams spank an undefeated Ohio State team in back to back seasons.

Your site looks great! I own www.tideheaven.com and your site sparked some ideas.

I especially like your widget with the football scores. Great idea.

    • Ahhhh...Joomla and SEC football. My two most passionate hobbies in one thread!

Another big Bama fan here btw. I had hoped all the coaching changes in the SEC West might make things a little easier for Bama to get back to the top, but it looks like it's going to be just the opposite. Petrino's a helluva catch for Arkansas and Nutt should do well at Ole Miss. The SEC West will be brutal for the next few years.

Great job on the LSU site wage!
