~Still working on item/article pages. Trying to imitate some beautiful flat design pages but find it is so hard. I definitely need some good graphic designer to work with me.
~The layouts on mobile devices are totally messed up. Every time I use RT template, I have to spend a lot of time on overhauling mobile layouts, I think I didn't take full advantage of the build-in responsive feature. Those responsive classes(visible-desktop,hidden-tablet, etc.) are not sufficient to make fully compatible mobile layouts, need advice on achieving responsive with RT template too.

Still under-developed, thanks for the remind.
I just feel the homepage is too messy, comparing to the elegance of the original template. Need some cons from graphic design perspective.
eh, that's why we use templates... to not reinvent the wheel...
but, consider messing with the overlay so it's not still coppery.... because you jump from that copper/orange color into red/blue accent colors... also consider that red/blue aren't very complimentary of each other...
maybe lessen the amount of animations as well... some are great, some are overkill...
but overall, I think it's sharp still... I wouldn't have commented as such otherwise

Most animations on Chimera template are governed by two two CSS/javascript plugins: animate.css and wow.js
animate.css handles the animation and wow.js for triggering the animation while scrolling.
So yes, everything can be also implemented to another template, as long as those 2 plugins are included in HTML head.
