Looked good when I first visited it but now I'm getting the standard "Remove Installation directory" error.
While I was there I noticed a theme picker.. I'd suggest getting rid of MYW and SolarFlair since they don't lend well to your layout.

Oh sorry bout that Tony. I was uprading to joomla 1.0.10 during your visit. I failed to set the site to display the under maintenance page.
The MYW and Solarfair themes were installed again by default during the uprade.

If so why would you do that?

Its an integration of wordpress for joomla called JD-Wordpress. Site members dont need to sign-up again for wordpress in order to participate. I was using joomlablog before but decided to replace it with WP - just the other day. Still making some tweaks here and there to make it work for the site.
About the wordpress link. Its included with the component by default. Im still thinking about what to do with it - delete it or replace it with something else - what do you think?

Never seen that before, I always just use the core Joomla! I have never used wordpress what are the benifts?
Copyright statements are always a pain. Removing them is seen to be wrong, but if you want a nice clean professional site what can you do?
I would remove the statement completely and try to live with the guilt, saying that I know how much work goes into the develoment of the software, check the wordprss site to see if they have an opinion first
