Main thing would be to make your header image fill the whole header, without margins, and merge with the red background on the right. With image and title more on left part of your header, you would have your login and flags fully on red background.
And the switchers background should also be edited and given the same red background.
Add some padding around your images as well.

I am aware of my logo problem but I am still waiting my graphic designer that made logo originally to change it.
I am planning to remove switchers at all so this should not be the problem.
In what browser did you look at my web page? In IE padding arround images if fine. In Firefox images are glued to text.
Is there some css style that I should change in order to fix this issue?

If you take a look on my web page source you will see the following:
<img src="images/stories/novosti/svijeca.jpg" border="0" alt="svijeca" title="svijeca" hspace="5" vspace="5" ....
I have hspace and vspace defined in my content but it doesn't show in FF.
I don't know why.
