Nice implementation. Only thoughts are regarding the dropdown menu and the flash item... I think you can fix the menu to display over the flash by setting the z-index property for the top menu to be higher, like 50...
the flash slideshow is kinda neat, but not as slick as one you made yourself... there are tools that are just as easy (coffecup makes several) and I prefer slideshowpro... you would be better off using google picassa really...
other than that I think it's a great site.
