All you really need to do is create the flash video file (.flv) and the flash file itself (.swf), then you just embed the swf file into the index.php file where you want it, in this case I replaced the image with the swf file.

Is the countdown clock custom made, or is it an available module?
My only advice is to get Open SEF and SEF patch for better SEO...

That countdown is custom made using a tutorial found at www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/countdown.htm if you're interested. It's pretty easy to make one, just make your images and follow that guide. The actual swf file is just embedded into the template file, using a .js file so that if using internet explorer you won't have to click to activate it. I'm also using the .js file embed method for the video player at the top left.
