After some great help from the RT forums, (thanks Henning) I swapped the top main menu with the date and search bar. I will soon be adding RokNewsFlash to the top bar.
Added the "Simple Image Gallery" Plugin, works great.
Great template, easy to use and looks clean.

- Looks nice but please disable the auto-load of the video. Especially the sound will scare people away.

i agree re the video...took a while to load
might want to remove/change the moxy logo too
not a real fan of the grey on grey nav bar....and it drops behind the video so might want to adddress one or the other
good luck...site subject certainly has a big future,....in ..... front of her

Thanks for the great feedback. Through the template manager, then edit, I selected "no" on the display logo. It then removed the feature/banner and logo2 section on the home page. Is there a way to just remove the front main logo and have the logo2 space be taller to take up the space?
I agree, the auto video is too much, going to change now.

- nice site, it didn't took long to load on my end, maybe you fixed it now? a question, how did you embed the flash player, just with the embed or did you use any manual script on the index,php header? haven't used a flash swf on a joomla site and i;m curious
