The first word that came to my mind was "Wow!". It's very dramatic, clean, and clear.
Just one problem I noticed as I took a closer look -- the side shadows don't match up with the background, because you took space out at the top.

I use the All Videos plugin to insert the swf files into joomla

Just FYI, its behaving very strangely in Firefox 2.0.0.2 for the Mac.
When clicking on the Galleries or Client Portfolio link, the page starts to load but no images display. If you HOVER over CLient Portfolio, you get whats attached as Picture1.jpg.
If you click on Galleries, wait a bit, then hover over any link OTHER than Galleries, you get what's attached as Picture2.jpg.
