- How do we set up the user avatar so it replaces that generic user icon in the header? I noticed the image is pulled from the Gravatar.com site, but I first assumed it pulled from the user's contact image. Do users need a Gravatar account to have an image show up?

- gravatar works based on your email address, so if your joomla account's email has a gravatar, it will show. In future released we will probably add support for other avatar sources such as jomsocial and k2,.

- I'll log back in later and check it, but the email address for my admin user and contact is now the same as my new gravatar account. Maybe it'll just appear at some point?

Never mind, this works fine. I had used another email address in my original admin account (one tied to the domain name of the site). It's all fine now
