Totally breaks CiviCRM

I manage CiviCRM on multiple sites and have installed this template on the sandbox site I have setup. It completely breaks the component. Can anyone take a look at this? All you need to do is a clean install and you will see the issues immediately when switching between Khepri and MissionControl. The entire menu system disappears.
