any fix for these CSS quirks (repeating menus)

On a couple of pages, the MC navigation menus are repeated for some reason. Doesn't seem to impact any functions but is an annoyance none-the-less.

Also, with the email marketing component AcyMailing, the is text that appears that shouldn't be there. I am unsure of how to explain. I think the attached screen shots illustrated it effectively tho. Please see attached.

The first screenshot looks like an issue with a specific extensions. I've seen this before where some extension tries to inject a custom menu after the header. The second one is weird and definitely related to your site specifically as I'm not seeing that at all. If you PM me a login i'll take a look.
