  • Blank Screen After Upgrade both Admin and Main Page

    • Immediately after upgrading (from admin) I can no longer get either the admin or main page to load. I just get a blank screen (genxmd.com) any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this error? :) I checked apache logs and here are the last few relevant lines.

      Oh I did ad the favicon.ico after i noticed it missing in the logs. :)

    • Blank page means PHP error. You'll need to turn up your PHP error logging and look in your error_log to see what's up. Could just be out of memory so that you need to bump up your php memory limit.

    • I bumped memory considerably and nada. Having trouble with getting the error log though maybe I'm just missing something. I also restored by backup (via cpanel) from a few days ago and still the same thing. This really has me worried now. This is the only domain on the box with this trouble and it happened immediately after the latest patch for missioncontrol.

      I turned on everything I could find about error logs in php.ini and restarted apache still nada. Any thoughts?

      I have K2, virtuemart and quiz deluxe extensions installed.
