After using a successful Mission Control installation for weeks (no problems, love it), suddenly an odd menu glitch has appeared:

No loss in functionality, no other problems that I've noticed… Just this odd ugliness.
For all I know, it's not even an MC problem, but it gets on my toilet-trained-at-gunpoint nerves and I'd be grovelingly grateful for any advice about making it go away. You know how it is… See one cockroach, and worry that there are ten thousand more hiding behind the refrigerator.
