I installed MissionControl on one site. Perfect - no issues.
So, I went to install it on another - cranehelp.com
Latest joomla and latest tachyon.
Install seemed to work, but when I went to set it as default the admin area crashed.
I deleted missioncontrol and now I can't get anything.

Did you DELETE Mission Control or uninstall it?
You can always go to your PhpMyAdmin and find jos_templates_menu.
Then click on browse and it will bring you to a new window. Next click edit and change the name of template from rt_missioncontrol_j15 to khepri.
BTW, the latest Joomla is actually 1.5.26

I mean by latest: 2.5.6 joomla with the 2.5 version of Tachyon.
There isn't a templates_menu in 2.5
I did go into phpMYadmin and set to the default admin theme, but things are still broken.
Looks like a reinstall is in order.

Yes your right in J25 its #_template_styles.
After you reinstall and before trying MC again (I use this Admin on all my sites) try installing Akeeba backup and create one before installing MC.
If I lose track of this thread then PM me that you've posted here and I'll take a look.
I'm curious what happened on the 1st go-around.

I did the reinstall, and everything is fine, and the missioncontrol template installed fine this time around.
I downloaded the error log, so when I get a chance I will see if it gives me any clue as to what happened.
If I figure it out, I will let you know.
