      Im using JOOMLA 2.5.8, ADMINTOOLS PRO AND RT MISSIONCONTROL ADMIN TEMPLATE

      PROBLEM: COM_USERS_NOTES link between "user name & notes" in ADMIN/USERS/

      SOLVED:
      2 images was lost in RT Mission Control Template

      you can find this images in default joomla admin template folder

      template/bluestork/images/admin/filter_16.png
      template/bluestork/images/menu/icon-16-user-note.png

      create admin and menu older after copy to 2 folder to
      templates/rt_missioncontrol/images
